She Matters started in the Netherlands to address a simple but important gap, talented women ready to work, but without access to the right opportunities.
We work with women from refugee and migrant backgrounds, supporting them as they rebuild their independence and create new futures.
We focus on access to work as the foundation for independence, dignity, and long-term stability. The Impact Shop helps fund this work in a practical and transparent way, turning everyday purchases into real opportunities.
